Zeidler established its London office in 1988 and has had two decades of participation in some of London's most significant developments. Clients include some of the UK's most significant landholders and developers, including the Prudential Portfolio Managers, Shell International, Knightsbridge Estates and Canary Wharf Ltd.
Completed projects include Canada Place at Canary Wharf and three significant buildings in the heart of Knightsbridge opposite Harrods. Canada Place is the centrepiece of the Canary Wharf expansion providing retail infrastructure for a vibrant 24 hour community. The Knightsbridge projects include two residential buildings that contain 80 large flats of the highest specification and a commercial building containing 3 levels of retail and 7 levels of office space. The buildings on this block have become an important landmark in the Knightsbridge streetscape.
Zeidler UK has collaborated closely with most of the major consultants and property agents in the UK and has developed an extensive network of contacts in the UK. The office is located in Bloomsbury Street overlooking the British Museum near Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Russell Square underground stations.
Tam Fairlie, Director of Zeidler UK, has had over 30 years of architectural experience working in the UK.
