Leadership
Marilyn Palmer leads the architecture practice, while Cynthia Hildebrand leads the Landscape Design Studio. Stephen Carruthers, Managing Partner of Western Canada, provides corporate administrative oversight.

Our Victoria office works collaboratively with our Vancouver and Calgary offices on all projects, with a continuous exchange of talent and expertise, supported by a variety of means of communication. This flexibility allows us to create teams with the right mix of experience to work together for the benefit of our clients.

Landscape Design Studio
Our Landscape Design team brings years of experience with extensive urban park and open space planning experience for both private and public sectors. Our belief in a community-based, consultative approach to urban planning and design is evident in all our projects.

Sustainability
Our Victoria office maintains a commitment to sustainable design, in both architecture and landscape design, with LEED-Accredited Professionals assigned to every team.
